What parts of Christchurch do you service?

We currently service Christchurch city. Surrounding areas will be added over time.

Do you clean commercial bins?

Yes. We offer cleaning for small businesses, property managers, and shared bins. Contact us for details.

How do payments work?

We use direct debit for regular services, processed securely through Stripe.

How do I cancel my plan?

Will you contact me before my clean?

Yes. We send text reminders before your scheduled clean and a confirmation once it’s done.

Do I need to be home on the day?

No. As long as your bin is out after council collection, we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you need access to my water tap?

No. Our trucks carry their own water and cleaning system. We don’t use your tap at all.

What happens to the wastewater?

All wastewater is captured, filtered, and disposed of through approved council water treatment facilities. Nothing is left on your driveway or street.

When are bins cleaned?

We clean your bins on your rubbish or recycling day, either after collection or the following day, depending on the route.

What if my bin isn’t empty or isn’t out?

If your bin hasn’t been emptied or isn’t accessible, we may not be able to clean it. In that case, a small callout fee may apply. We’ll always notify you.
